today

Today i have record almost all of my footage i needed, and recorded sound for the interveiw. i have also produced graphics for the tittle screen.

today, i did a leson with sabba which is call protfolio now i think. then i wrote up questions that i could to ask scott in his interveiw. i got all the equiptment ready for recording scott and dan doing a tutorial to sit and wait for scott to look for his sckethbook which he didnt find grrrrr.

today i have finished my story board with the scenes being annotated. so from there i wrote out calls sheets for Scott, Alan and Dan. which all people in video have a copy of and i have a copy for my self. now i should start filling out shooting schedules.

today i spoke to scott about filming him for my piece and the things that i wanted to posibly film him doing then geting his aproval, i started story boarding the main bits that i could beause there no plan of what scott will be working on , on the day that i film him so i just drew someone working on my storyboard. i decided to include an interveiw with scott talking about how he finds collage life which is been drawn onto my story board also im thinking of useing a few photo showings in my video which have been drawn onto my story board i have also added notes to what iv done my story board so far so tomorrow ill be able to do the schedual sheets so everyone i need knows where to be and when.......

Today i manage to do some video research, by looking at a documentary and print screening every scene which i noted what the scene appeared to be and how long it lasted. also i found a making of which contained following a band around, interview shots of the camera man so far that's all iv managed to come across. also i did a little mind map of who i could do a day in the life of.

my tv proposal 2

Because there was three people wanting to do a making of i have had to slightly change my idea because to many people want to promote the art room. so the three of us had a discussion and kyle decided to do a day in the life of a tutor, Alan picked doing the making of pirate ma yar. so I'm doing a day in life of a student to make it different to kyles idea so when ever Scott i s available to be filmed i will be filming what ever work hes doing on that day also coming into collage and leaving collage.

I am going to produce a television program show, a day of the life of an art student. Showing what collage life is like for and art student and what work an art student does. I am hopefully going to film someone in my class coming into collage and doing the same project that I am doing now, someone producing a TV program.

today i was given a new brief to produce a video, which i am doing a day in the life of. so i tryed to do some reasearch on day in the life of documentorys but i found nothing so far which is not good.

BBC1 COW stops!1985 this was done using computer graphics. proberly using a program like carrara but proberly not as advanced.

BBC1 Christmas1977 this is in colour With Christmas pudding which looks hand made, in front of a concave mirror. They have used some thing to make the pudding move round. this would be worth trying makeing a hand made 3d ident the spins around if i could find a way of doing this.

BBCtv In-Vision Continuityc. 1960. the ident on this video looks something done in a program like paint or maybe something hand painted then a few peices of square paper placed on top and then recorded.

today i recorded Jake doing some sign language against a blue screen. and uploaded it into adobe premiere and dragged it on to video two. i then added a chroma key onto the video which worked great. then i used the Spartan news video id previously made and imported it and dragged it onto video one. i re size both the videos so that the news was in the top left corner and the signer was in the bottom Left corner. over all i think this test turned out good.

more adobe prem work ' news room'

Yesterday i made a 3d room/stage the u can walk around on. which i successfully made. rendered as a still image.
Then i recorded some footage of what appeared to be heather selling a tree. which when put into adobe premiere i put a chroma key on the video to get rid of the blue screen then i needed to add a garbage mat and dragging in the corners to get rid of some of the blue screen. my recording was place on video two and i imported and drag the image of a 3d room onto video one. i had to re size heather so she didn't walk of the platform. over all this test worked out OK but so far iv only noticed that heathers leg appear to be skinyer than they are.

adobe prem work

Today using the blue screen technique i prouduced sparten news.
i started by geting a camera and recoring some footage of scott, which i uploaded to the computer and opened in adobe premiere. i put a chroma key on the video to get rid of the blue screen. I then opened up adobe fireworks and made a background which i saved as a jpg, and made a news table saved as phg 32. with the video being place on video 2, i placed the background on video 1 and the the table on video 3. this experiment didnt turn out to look that good, because the reflection of the blue table when recording was picked up by the paper scott is holding. with chroma keying the blue screen out its has made some of the paper apear the colour of the background.

adobe premier

i recorded a vidoe of scott but filed to save it so i borrowed a video, and put the video into adobe premiere on video 2 and draged a chroma key on to the video and changed the simularity.i then uploaded a picture in to video 1 you could still see the blue screen so i had to drag a garbage mat on to the video to sort that out.

today i came up with a tv station name with the reat of the class after doing a survey around the collage. then learned how to use a call sheet and a shooting schedule. then i produce a 1 min story board of a day in the life of a teacher which will help me use a call sheet......
